I've been busy wrapping up my undergrad career here at Stanford, but I'm proud to say I'll be living on my own this summer with (gasp!) no dining hall and (double gasp!) my own kitchen. This means COOKING and BAKING and all sorts of let's-try-cool-vegan-and-raw-goods-ness.
But I need your help.
See, while there are all sorts of awesome sites like Baking Bites and Noble Pig that provide incredible recipes for me to try (and attempt to lighten up -- no offense), I would be super excited to have a whole SUMMER'S worth of them.
Got a recipe you want to lighten up? Don't feel like trying it? Worried it won't turn out well?
I'll try it for you. That is, you send me fat-laden recipe/tasty-goodness suggestion, I lighten it up, make it for myself, photograph it, and review it. Every day. For the whole summer.
